Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping and free returns on any order in the continental United States.
Average lead time is 1-2 weeks to ship. Once the product is shipped, you will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number. If you need a board expedited, please contact us and often we are able to accommodate.
We offer a return window of 30 days from receipt of order, no questions asked, as long as the board is unused and in new condition. We will also replace any boards damaged from shipping or that have a defect. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. All returns must be packaged and secured the same way they were sent.
To request a return label, please contact us and provide you order number and reason for return. If there is a defect or damage, please let us know so we can correct the issue with a replacement or refund. If it is within 30 days of receipt and you are simply not satisfied with your board and it has not been used or damaged, we will send you a pre-paid return label. A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the board for use and damages.
